Brut Nature Exsum Rosat
Production: After separate vinification of “Trepat” and “Pinot” grapes, 70% of “Trepat” and 30% of “Pinot” grapes make up the cuvee for this cava. Then we make the second fermentation following the traditional method.
Aging: Minimum 18 months.
Taste: Fresh and aromatic, this cava remember you red fruits like strawberries or blackberries. Dry and persistent make it very palatable.
Gastronomy: Ideal for snacks, rice or pasta.
Denomination of Origin: DO Cava
No sulphites, no export liqueur added.
