Colour: Straw white.
Type of wine: Structured and greased wine.
Breeding: 6 month in 3 kinds of different oaks.
Xarel·lo” and “Chardonay” from old vineyards are fermented in three kinds of barrels, which after this fermentation it do a breeding for sis month on its fines “mares”.
Fresh sense from critics, contrast with light toasted tones caused by the different barrels. This does a particular wine, which perfectly fit with anyone plate, especially with poultry.
