Production: After separate vinification of “Xarel·lo” and “Chardonnay” grapes, the cuvee consists of 60% of “Xarel·lo” and 40% of “Chardonnay” grapes then being elaborated in the traditional method.
Aging: Minimum 36 months.
Taste: Very fine bubbles due to long aging. It has very fine aromas of ripe fruit and pastry. It’s fresh on the palatal and very persisting.
Gastronomy: For all occasions, good for serving with grilled meats and vegetables.
Denomination of Origin: European Union Collective Brand CORPINNAT
Awarded in France 3 times in the “Effervescents du monde” with silver medal.
No sulphites, no export liqueur added.
