Production: After separate vinification of “Xarel·lo” and “Chardonnay” grapes, the cuvee is made up of 80% of “Xarel·lo” and 20% of Chardonnay grapes, then elaborated in the traditional method.
Aging: Minimum 18 months.
Taste: Small and persistent bubbles, fine aroma of fruit and flowers. Fresh on the palatal, light, good balance.
Gastronomy: For all occasions, especially as an aperitif or with a light meal.
Denomination of Origin: European Union Collective Brand CORPINNAT
No sulphites, no export liqueur added.
