Arrival of the grapes in the cellar and vinified at 14ºC of temperature, with a fermentation of approximately 30 days, leaving a dense and candy wine.
Rest of six months with their lies.
Fine filtration before the second fermentation in the bottle.
Long-aged breeding with volume and aromas of ripe fruit, roasting toasted, keeping a marked and refreshing acidity.
High persistence in the mouth, fine bubble and opening within a few minutes makes CORPINNAT a good companion for the most demanding dishes.
